When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Company name (optional)
• The content of your message

If you book a call through our scheduling link, that booking is handled by Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling, and the details you enter there are processed by Google under its own privacy policy.

3. Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about our services.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

For users in the European Union, we process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, to respond to your contact request.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as IP address, browser type and requested pages in server logs, for the purpose of delivering and securing the website.

6. Fonts and third-party content

All fonts used on this website are served from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external font provider when you load a page.

7. Analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising analytics.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or where a service provider processes it on our behalf in order to run this website (see “Hosting” above).

9. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions for up to 2 years. Where a business relationship develops, data may be retained in our CRM for the duration of that relationship and deleted upon request.

10. Your rights (GDPR — EU users)

If you are based in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact patrick@influence-lab.com.
