Why work with me

Ten years of carrying a quota — not reading about one

For the past 10+ years I've led sales across healthcare, luxury real estate and B2B tech — helping teams go from hesitant to record-breaking.

I'm a certified NLP Practitioner with Neuroscience and trained in the “Mastering the Coach Approach” programme by ITS, England. Those credentials give me a deeper edge: understanding how people think, decide and connect — and turning that awareness into sales strategies that feel authentic and deliver results.

Some wins I'm proud of

  • At Perk, one of Spain's fastest-growing unicorns, drove +1,845% revenue growth in a year — €180K → €3.5M.
  • Set the all-time upselling record in company history.
  • Led the DACH team to 130% of annual target in Q1 2025 (80% counted as a full target hit).
  • Trained 500+ salespeople across Europe and the US.
  • 4× Top Agent at Engel & Völkers Mallorca in luxury real estate.

By analysing sales calls, revamping the approach and building new strategies, I helped set three records in Perk's company history — proof that thoughtful strategy and genuine connection drive real results.

My story

I've always been curious

A lifelong learner. An extrovert fascinated by how words, tone, or a single question can shift decisions. I saw the power of influence in small, everyday moments:

  • Being the only guest at a Colombian hostel who got free breakfast cooked by the staff.
  • Convincing the ticket seller to let me into Maracanã Stadium in Rio while every other tourist paid.
  • Selling the same luxury property for a higher price than competitors — with the client fully aware of it.

Working with the wealthiest people on the planet at Engel & Völkers taught me invaluable lessons: how they think, decide and buy. That experience was a real-life MBA in human behaviour psychology — and it shapes how I approach every sales conversation today.

How I got here

After finishing my B.A. in International & Cultural Business Studies in Passau, I left Germany in 2015 to chase a sunnier, more outdoorsy life in Spain.

My first real sales job was at IMS Health in Madrid. My task? Cold-calling doctors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland — convincing them to give up 45 minutes of their time to answer surveys about medications. Yes, really. Not glamorous, but the best sales training ground there is. I ended up breaking record conversion rates — proof that even in “boring” sales, connection and trust win.

From there: luxury real estate in Mallorca with Engel & Völkers. Half a year in Brazil, where I learned Portuguese and discovered how much cultural awareness shapes communication. Then Barcelona and Perk, where I scaled insights from call reviews into global sales strategies.

Through it all, one lesson stuck: selling the right way is about service, curiosity and connection — making people feel heard and supported.

My mission

I started Influence Lab to help salespeople become better communicators — and better humans. My mission is simple: leave people better than I found them.

We all influence others — our teams, our clients, our partners, even strangers. The real question is: how intentional are we about that influence? At Influence Lab, I help your team build that awareness — and turn it into a skill rooted in trust, clarity and integrity.

Why I do this work

Sales has a bad rap: pushy, sleazy, manipulative. We've all felt that cringe. But done right? It's about creating clarity, guiding decisions, and making your client feel genuinely helped.

It's about asking better questions. Listening with intention. And making sure your client walks away thinking: “That was actually helpful.”

That's what I teach.
